Características principales e las etapas lineales de Zaber:

Todas las etapas están disponibles con controlador integrado o externo (salvo la LSA, sólo con controlador externo). Para las etpas sin controlador incorporado, puede usar cualquiera compatible con el motor, o le recomendamos usar nuestros controladores El controlador integrado en la etapa permite liberarse del controlador de sobremesa: basta con pinchar por USB/RS al PC.

Ofrecemos etapas posicionadoras con o sin encóder.
El encóder puede ser rotatorio de motor o lineal de medida directa:
- el encóder rotatorio cuenta los micropasos efectuados e informa de la posición alcanzada pero no la corrige.
- el encóder lineal o de medida directa lee la posición alcanzada y la corrige (lazo cerrado). Por eso en las versiones con encóder lineal la precisión aumenta.
- V1: bajo vacío 10-3 torr
- V2: alto vacío 10-6 torr
Opcionalmente hay modelos:
- C: con cobertura de protección antipolvo
- Z: con opción reforzada para uso como etapa vertical
