Laser protection eyewear is the first laser safety measure, as long as they are adjusted to the real need: laser power or energy, characteristics of the laser pulse, beam size, emission wavelength and corresponding tolerance, etc.

We can offer you plastic (polycarbonate) laser protection glasses and glass laser protection glasses. The first ones are more scratched and are not recommended if the users are several and "careless". On the other hand, glass can offer greater protection and better visibility (Visible Light Transmission, VLT), although in most applications this is not fully relevant.

Iberoptics offers a variety of goggle frames with the required laser protection (that is, both glasses and frames are protected against laser), and the most suitable one will have to be chosen based on the budget and the comfort you want (think if the glasses are going to be used only at sporadic moments or for a long time). Remember to choose the correct goggle frames if you wear prescription glasses.

All our glasses are CE marked and certified EN207 or EN208 (the last standard is for laser alignment). We are the distributors of the German leader in laser protection and safety: Protect Laserschutz.
