Laser safety cabins

Laser safety and protection cabins (rooms) made of special materials certified against laser radiation according to norm EN12254, or with materials tested against EN60825. A real castle to protect your laser system.

Built and manufactured fully customomized, these modular Class-1 laser cabins are valid for any Class-4 laser between 180 - 11000 nm.

Typical options and accessories of the laser safety enclosures are:
- laser protection windows; even one full side of the housing, depending on laser and geometry
- interlock
- doors
- ducts (for cabling, extraction, etc,...)
- camera monitoring

We offer two types or room-sized laser safety and protection cabins:

1) PROMETHEUS
- EN12254 certified material
- no installation: deliverd pre-assembled with easy mounting plans
- "sandwich" like panels, with extrnal Aluminium cover to prevent from bounces
- thickness: 4 mm; weight: ~5,6Kg/m²
- mounted in Aluminum profiles40x40mm
- standard color: Aluminium

The Prometheus panel has the following protection levels according to standard EN12254:
   180 - 315 nm             D AB9 + IR AB4 + M AB6Y
> 315 - 1050 nm            D AB7 + I AB8 + R AB7 + M AB9
>1050 - 1400 nm           D AB7 + I AB8 + R AB6 + M AB9
>1400 - 11000 nm          DIR AB4 + M AB4Y

The Prometheus panels are also available in sheets to measure without any design or profile.
It can be used to reinforce areas of high laser irradiation or to integrate in customer owned housings and enclosures

2) LASERKUBIK
LAser safety cabins delivered with installation and EN60825-4 certifications.
Alternatively, only parts of the full cabin can be delivered (depending on the case the certification could or not be honored)

- Panel (wall) thickness: ~80mm (according to needs)
- With full EN60825 certification
- standard color: RAL 9002 (grey-white); custom colors under request
