Your conditions of sale
1. OBJECT
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, the "General Conditions") regulate the on-line sale of products offered to the public by IBEROPTICS Sistemas opticos S.L. CIF B85315562 Gamonal 16 Office 4I 28031 Madrid Spain (hereinafter, "IBEROPTICS.COM") through the VIRTUAL STORE (hereinafter, the "Products") and offered for sale through the technical means incorporated therein ( hereinafter, the "Service"), and complete, as long as they do not oppose them, the covenants established in the corresponding electronic purchase order (hereinafter, the "Purchase Order").
2. ACCESSION TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
The completion and sending of the Purchase Order expresses the full and unreserved adhesion to each and every one of the General Conditions, as indicated in the "I accept the General Conditions" of the Purchase Order.
3. ORDERS
The Purchase Orders will only be sent to IBEROPTICS Sistemas opticos S.L. CIF B85315562 Gamonal 16 Office 4I 28031 Madrid Spain through electronic means from SHOP.IBEROPTICS.COM, precisely with the use of the technical means provided there, duly completed and, in particular, having completely filled in the blanks and having provided all and each of the data requested as mandatory.
Once a Purchase Order has been received, SHOP.IBEROPTICS.COM will immediately send a confirmation of the purchase agreement made (hereinafter, the "Confirmation") to the email address indicated in the Purchase Order.
In the event that at the time of receipt of a Purchase Order there are no available stock of the Product or Products object of said Order, SHOP.IBEROPTICS.COM will offer the Client the possibility of waiting for it to be received from its supplier, to acquire a Similar product or to VOID the Purchase Order.
4. PAYMENT FORM
4.1. Price
The price of the Products will be paid exclusively, and at the Client's option, by any of the following means:
(a) By credit card (RECOMMENDED). The payment service by credit card is provided directly by a credit institution. IBEROPTICS excludes all liability in relation to the confidentiality and security of the information and data provided by the Customer when paying for their electronic purchases by credit card, to the extent that the treatment of such information and data is not exclusively under the control of SHOP.IBEROPTICS.COM
(b) By bank transfer (ONLY FOR SALES IN SPAIN) to the IBAN account number: ES51 0081 5207 32 0001069308 of the BANCO SABADELL SWIFT: BSABESBBXXX, (FOR INTERNATIONAL SALES) IBAN: ES51 0081 5207 32 0001069308 SWIFT: BSABESBBXXX. In these cases, the customer must indicate the total amount of their purchase, the beneficiary (IBEROPTICS S.L) and the concept "BUY ON SHOP.IBEROPTICS.COM" and the number of the Purchase Order assigned when making the purchase transaction. 4.2. Expenses and taxes
The costs of packaging, packaging and shipping of the Products purchased, as well as, where appropriate, VAT and other taxes that are applicable, are paid by the Customer, who will proceed to pay them together with the price and in the same chosen form to make the payment of the price effective.
4.3. Guarantees on payment
In the event that the Client chooses the payment against reimbursement as a form of payment of the applicable price, expenses and taxes, SHOP.IBEROPTICS.COM reserves the right to demand that the Client provide the appropriate payment guarantees before sending the Confirmation and to process the order received, taking into account the risks to which it is foreseeably exposed, such as, for example, the incidents that occurred during other previous payments or the existence of financial reports that so advise.
4.4. Moratorium interests
In case of default in the payment of the applicable price, expenses and taxes, the Customer will be obliged to pay SHOP.IBEROPTICS.COM a late interest equivalent to four (4%) monthly on the amount owed, calculated from the date on which The obligation to pay by virtue of the corresponding invoice expired until the date in which it is fully paid.
5. RESERVE OF DOMAIN
SHOP.IBEROPTICS.COM expressly reserves the domain of the Product until the full payment of its price, applicable expenses and taxes, as well as default interest.
